Privacy Notice
This privacy notice follows a single request from the moment you type it to the moment it is deleted, because that is the whole of what happens here.
Minute one: you type
You fill in four fields and a message box. What arrives here is your name, a way of replying, the month, the rhythm you want, how many of you there are, and whatever you chose to put in the box.
What does not arrive is anything you were not asked for. There is no card field on this site, no bank field, no social security field, no passport field and no health question. Look for them in the page source; they are not there.
Minute two: it lands
It reaches this office and nowhere else. It is not sold, not rented, not swapped, and not handed to anybody who markets anything.
Nothing else on these pages watches you while this happens. Two script files load, both from this address. No request leaves this domain. Your own browser's network panel is the whole of the evidence and you do not have to take our word for any of it.
Day one to day four: it gets used
To price your trip, somebody asks a supplier. They are told the part they need, which is the dates, the number of travelers, the ages where children are coming, and the rooming. They are not told your address, your budget or anything from the message box that does not bear on the price.
Month one: it sits
While you are still deciding, the request stays open. Any children's ages sit in it for that period only, since an operator cannot price a room or apply its own limits without them, and they are wiped the day it closes.
Year two, or year seven: it goes

What never happens at any point on that timeline
- Passing you on for money
- Not to anyone, at any price, in any form

- A question is a question, not consent to be sold at afterwards. No list exists here for you to land on
- Watching where you go
- Nothing profiles behavior, nothing fingerprints a browser, nothing tags you to be recognized on another site
- Topping up what we know
- Nobody buys facts about you. What you typed is the entirety of the file

Companies other than this one
The firm hosting these pages keeps the usual server records. Somebody looks at them when a page falls over, and they are never lined up against anything you typed into the form. A flight lookup may appear later on a subdomain of this address, run by another firm under its own notice; what you send here would not reach it, because the two are not wired together.
Your rights
Send a line to onward@thistlecrossing.com. You can ask to see what is held, to be sent a copy, to have something corrected, or to have the lot deleted. No charge, and a reply inside a month. If your own state or country hands you a stronger right than anything described here, that right beats this page and will be respected.
Children
Nobody under sixteen is the audience for this site and nothing is knowingly taken from one. Where a child's age arrives, it arrives from the adult doing the booking, exists only to price a room, and is destroyed along with everything else in the request.

When any of this is rewritten, the date printed at the foot of the page is rewritten with it.
