The form asks four things, and here is why each

A month, or two months
The single biggest lever on price across this whole catalog, and the only one that moves flights as well as rooms
How often you want to pack
One room, two, a new bed most nights, or a bed that travels. This is the question the catalog is built on and almost nobody volunteers it
Who is going
Numbers and ages, because a room that holds four and a cabin that holds two are not interchangeable
A rough ceiling
Nobody is testing you. It settles which grade of room gets asked about, and that single choice accounts for most of the spread between two figures

You will not find hours posted anywhere here, and that is deliberate: what matters is not whether a chair is occupied at four in the afternoon but how long you wait. Send something whenever suits you, at any hour of any day, and it gets read before the day is out. A figure takes longer, since a figure means going and asking somebody who keeps ordinary hours in their own time zone. Two to four working days is the truthful range, and if one operator is the reason it is four, you are told which.

Ask what something costs
