Request a Ride - Send Your Dates and Check Availability

One form, no account, no card. Fill in what you know and leave the rest blank. A person reads it during desk hours, checks the available dates with an operator, and telephones you with a rate.

Thistle Crossing books ground transfers and runs none of them. No airline, no airport authority, no government body, no hotel group and no carrier owns this desk, pays it or stands behind it. The ride itself is worked by a local operator who holds their own permits, and their name is on the vehicle rather than ours.

Send the request

Free quote, no obligation.

Would rather not type it out? Telephone +1 (443) 612-4708 during desk hours and the same details can be taken down the line in about two minutes.

By sending this you agree to the terms of use and to the privacy policy. Nothing is held until you say so.

01After

What happens to this request

  1. It lands on the desk. Nothing is dispatched by the form itself and no vehicle is held yet.
  2. During desk hours somebody reads it and telephones an operator who works your side of the water.
  3. You get a call back with a starting rate, the additions that apply, the vehicle size and the pickup time on offer.
  4. If you say yes, it goes on the run sheet and you get the operator's number for the day.
  5. If you say no, that is the end of it. Nothing else follows.

Sent outside the hours? It waits. Somebody is at the telephone on weekdays from 6:00 am until 6:00 pm, and on Saturday mornings until 1:00 pm. Eastern Time throughout. There is no Sunday desk. Whatever arrives while the office is shut simply waits for the morning, which is the reason a pre dawn ride wants arranging a day ahead of itself.

Filling it in without overthinking it

  • Which way decides almost everything else, so it is first.
  • The date can be approximate if your plans are not fixed. Say so on the message line and the desk will quote the week rather than the day.
  • Pickup time is what you have in mind, not a commitment. If it is wrong for your flight, the callback will say so and suggest a better one. That is the main thing the desk is for.
  • Flight number matters on arrivals and barely matters on departures. Give it if you have it.
  • Where the ride starts wants a street or at least a neighborhood, because the crossing your route uses follows from it.
  • People and bags decide the vehicle size. Guess high rather than low.
  • Telephone or email, whichever you would rather be reached on. One of the two is enough.
  • Anything the driver should know is where a child seat, a wheelchair, a bicycle box, a second stop or a difficult front door belongs.
03Voice

Would rather do this by voice

Plenty of people would. Telephone +1 (443) 612-4708 during desk hours and the same details are taken down the line in about two minutes. You can speak to a specialist rather than work through a menu, and if the desk is on another call it rings back.

If your ride is inside the next twelve hours, telephone rather than write. A form sent at 11:00 pm for a 5:00 am pickup is a form nobody will read in time, and we would rather tell you that here than let you find out at the curb.

What this desk will not ask you for

  • Card details, in writing or down the line. This site carries no payment step of any kind.
  • A passport number, a licence number or a date of birth.

Any message asking for one of those in our name came from somewhere else, whatever the sender line says. Tell the desk about it and it will be looked into.
